Your purchase will be shipped to you using USPS from Illinois, USA. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after payment has been processed and received. You will receive an email with shipping information when your order has been shipped. Please note that items shipped via USPS may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
- FREE standard shipping for domestic orders over $50.
- FREE standard shipping for international orders over $75.
- $5.00 flat rate standard shipping for domestic orders less than $50.
- $10 flat rate standard shipping for international orders less than $75.
- If you are local, you may arrange to pick up your order for free. Please contact us to arrange a time.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, we will refund your order and any shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
Customs & Duties
Body by LJA does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen, but please be aware that it can happen.
Returns
Body by LJA will accept returns on a case-by-case basis for store credit. Items must be without stains, rips, or tears and must have tags intact. If you have an issue with your order please contact help@bodybylja.com to allow us a chance to correct the issue.
